Again he blamed it on the "rush" and then walked away. When the waitress returned and put the check on the table the manager walked by and said I gave you a discount, I said unfortunately we will not be returning because this is not the first time this has happened but thank you. It was very apparent that he did not want to hear anything we had to say and did not offer to make anything better and walked away, So disappointed and frustrated I asked for a container to take my soup home and a box for what my husband could not eat and you think I had asked for a million dollars, it took another 10 minutes. I also explained as we were sitting here the 2 tables next to us were also having issues and the 1 table sent their food bac 3 times. The manager walked by and I stopped him and explained the whole situation and he blamed it on the rush that came it, mind you it was 13 people including us. She came back with his meal, and by this time our soups were ice cold. At which point I had enough and said what is the point of going out to eat if we are not eating together. After 15 minutes I flagged her down and asked where his meal was and she responded still cooking the soup came up first. 15 minutes later the soups came out, thinking that she could not carry it all we waited and waited and waited for her to return with my husbands meal. When she returned to take our order, 2 of us ordered soup as our main meal and said bring it out at the same time as the main meals. Most waitress would have taken the whole order and just put a delay on the main meal. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes for us to get acknowledged by the waitress at which point she threw a loaf of bread and butter on the tab and said I will be back to get your drink order, 10 more minutes, she returned and said what to you want to drink and I responded we are actually ready to order and she asked if we wanted an appetizer and said I'm going to put this in then I will be back to take your food order. We had 3 in our party and it took us 10 minutes to get seated as the Host appeared to have no clue how to seat people and the manager came out to help. When we arrived in the afternoon, the restaurant was not busy but 2 other parties (4 people and 6 people) arrived at the same time we did. Hoping that it was just a bad day we decided to give it another try. We have frequent this location often in the past and about a month ago we noticed the quality of the staff and service was going downhill.
